Office maintenance: Keep common areas, pantry, and washrooms clean and tidy, including dusting, vacuuming, and disposing of waste.
Staff and visitor assistance: Serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to employees and visitors.
Mail and delivery: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, and deliver documents and messages to staff within the office.
Errand running: Go on outside errands, such as going to the bank or post office, as needed.
Supply management: Monitor and restock office supplies, and assist with managing office equipment.
