Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Vending Machine Refiller to join our operations team. This role is responsible for restocking, cleaning, and maintaining vending machines across assigned routes, ensuring high product availability, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Refill vending machines with beverages, snacks, and other products according to planograms and company standards.

• Accurately record inventory levels, product expirations, and machine sales.

• Perform minor machine maintenance such as clearing jams, resetting machines, and basic troubleshooting.

• Communicate any machine issues or product shortages to the operations team promptly.

• Rotate stock to ensure freshness and minimize expired products.

• Maintain proper documentation of all service visits.

• Provide professional, courteous service to customers at all locations.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred. (Freshers also apply)

• Previous experience in vending, delivery, stocking, or retail is a plus.

• Basic mechanical skills to handle simple machine fixes.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to use handheld devices or mobile apps for inventory and reporting.

Work Conditions:

• Travel between multiple locations daily (company vehicle may be provided or mileage reimbursed).

• Work may be indoors and outdoors, depending on machine locations.

• Early morning, daytime, or weekend shifts may be required depending on route needs.
