1. Before Visit

• Count documents and fill acknowledgment slip.

• Give customer copy of acknowledgment.

3. Document Handling

• Keep documents safely in sealed envelope.

• Do NOT collect cash or give loan commitments.

• Maintain confidentiality at all times.

4. After Visit

• Submit all documents to branch/operations the same day.

• Get receiving signature on log sheet.

• Update manager/CRM about visit status.
