Job Description:
Daily cleaning, dusting, sweeping, and mopping of workstations, meeting rooms, and washrooms.
Preparing and serving beverages (tea, coffee, water) to staff and guests, and maintaining pantry cleanliness.
Assisting staff with photocopying, scanning, filing, binding, and organizing documents.
Delivering and retrieving documents as required by staff.
Ensuring office equipment is functional, helping with office, and handling trash disposal.
Experience:
Previous experience in office assistance or related roles.
