Office Boy

We are looking for a Office Boy to join our team at Agrawal Gupta And Sahu to assist with daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. The key responsibility includes maintaining office cleanliness, handling documents, and supporting staff with basic tasks. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹12500.

Job Description (Kaam ki Details)

• Office ki daily safai aur maintenance karna (table, chair, files, cabin, dustbin etc.)

• Staff aur clients ko chai, pani, coffee serve karna

• Photocopy, print, scan aur file arrange karna

• Files aur documents ko ek jagah se dusri jagah safely le jana

• Bank me cheque deposit karna / office related chhote bahar ke kaam karna

• Courier bhejna aur receive karna

• Stationery items (pen, paper, file, stapler etc.) manage karna

• Client aaye to unko baithne ko bolna aur staff ko inform karna

• Office kholna aur band karna (light, fan, AC check karna)

• Staff dwara diya gaya chhota-mota office ka kaam karna

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. The position requires strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

• It is a Full Time Peon job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
