Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office, including meeting rooms, workstations, and common areas.

• Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and guests.

• Assist in administrative tasks like photocopying, scanning, filing, and delivering documents within departments.

• Ensure all required supplies (tea, coffee, stationery, etc.) are stocked and available.

• Handle outdoor office duties such as delivering documents, collecting parcels, and bank or courier work.

• Assist staff with minor errands and office arrangements as required.

• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a helpful attitude at all times.

• Support in organizing and setting up for meetings and events.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass

• Experience: 1–3 years in manufacturing corporate office a similar role preferred

• Basic understanding of office operations

• Polite, trustworthy, punctual, and physically fit

• Ability to communicate in basic Hindi/Gujarati and understand simple instructions

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday – 8:45 AM to 7:00 PM (as per company policy)
