ऑफिस की सफाई और व्यवस्था बनाए रखना (वर्कस्टेशन, पैंट्री, वॉशरूम आदि)।

स्टाफ और मेहमानों को चाय, कॉफी, पानी एवं नाश्ता सर्व करना।

फोटोकॉपी, स्कैनिंग, फाइलिंग और कुरियर का कार्य संभालना।

ऑफिस की सामग्री (स्टेशनरी, पानी, चाय/कॉफी आदि) की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करना और कमी होने पर जानकारी देना।

मीटिंग रूम की तैयारी और छोटे-छोटे कामों में स्टाफ की मदद करना।

छोटे-मोटे रिपेयर या सर्विस प्रोवाइडर से काम करवाने में सहयोग करना।

मेहमानों का स्वागत करना और उन्हें सही जगह पर मार्गदर्शन देना।

मैनेजमेंट द्वारा दिए गए अन्य कार्य पूरे करना।
