Office Boy

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, and pantry.

• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

• Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other routine administrative work.

• Handle courier deliveries — inward and outward.

• Assist in managing office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory.

• Help with setup and arrangement during meetings and events.

• Deposit or collect documents/payments from banks, post offices, or clients as needed.

• Ensure proper locking, opening, and maintenance of office premises.

• Support HR/Admin team in daily operational activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th or 12th Pass.

• Experience: 0–2 years in a similar role (freshers can also apply).

• Basic understanding of office hygiene and etiquette.

• Honest, punctual, and disciplined.

• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
