Assist in shifting files, documents, medical records, and other materials between departments.
Collect and distribute internal mail and official documents.
Support reception/front desk when required.
Ensure proper upkeep of office equipment and report any maintenance issues.
Assist departments during hospital events, audits, or inspections.
Run official errands outside the hospital when assigned.
