નૌકરીનો સારાંશ:

અમે ઓફિસની સ્વચ્છતા અને વ્યવસ્થાને જાળવવા, હૉસ્પિટાલિટી સેવાઓ આપવા અને સ્ટાફને વિવિધ કાર્યોમાં સહાય કરવા માટે એક વિશ્વસનીય અને બહુમુખી પિયૂનની શોધમાં છીએ. આ ભૂમિકા માટે યોગ્ય ઉમેદવાર સ્વતંત્ર રીતે કાર્ય કરી શકે અને સકારાત્મક વલણ સાથે બહુવિધ કામ કરી શકે એવો હોવો જોઈએ.

ઓફિસ ટાઈમિંગ ૯:૪૫ to ૬:૪૫

મુખ્ય જવાબદારીઓ:

1. ઓફિસની સફાઈ અને વ્યવસ્થા:

ગ્લાસ, ફેન, ફર્નિચર અને સાધનો સહિત ઓફિસ જગ્યા સ્વચ્છ રાખવી.
મીટિંગ રૂમ, કચેરીઓ અને સામાન્ય વિસ્તારોને વ્યવસ્થિત રાખવા ખાતરી કરવી.

2. હૉસ્પિટાલિટી:

સ્ટાફ અને મુલાકાતીઓ માટે ચા અને કોફી બનાવવી. જરૂર પડે ત્યારે ૬:૩૦ પછી પણ બનાવવી પડશે.
વાસણો, કપ્સ અને રસોડાના અન્ય સાધનો સાફ રાખવા.
પાણીની બોટલો ભરવી.

3. બહારના કામ:

લંચ અને નાસ્તો લાવવા માટે બહાર જવું (જરૂર પડે ત્યારે).
બેન્ક, પોસ્ટ ઓફિસ અને અન્ય બહારના કામ માટે ફરજો બજાવવી.

4. એડમિન સપોર્ટ:

ફાઇલિંગ અને અન્ય સામાન્ય ઓફિસ કામમાં સ્ટાફને સહાય કરવી.

5. મેઈન્ટેનન્સ:

નાના-મોટા જાળવણીના કામમાં સહાય કરવી (જેમ કે સામાન ઉઠાવવો, સાધનો ગોઠવવા વગેરે).

જરૂરી લાયકાતો:

ન્યૂનતમ આવશ્યકતા: ટૂ-વ્હીલર ફરજિયાત
લાયસન્સ, હેલ્મેટ ફરજીયાત
ધોરણ 10 પાસ અથવા સમકક્ષ શિક્ષણ
સ્વતંત્ર રીતે કાર્ય કરવાની ક્ષમતા
પ્રોફેશનલ વર્તન અને નમ્રતા
ભરોસાપાત્રતા, સમયપાલન અને લવચીકતા
