Job Description

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Handle office errands such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Deliver and collect documents within or outside the office
Assist in setting up meeting rooms
Monitor and restock office supplies (stationery, pantry items, etc.)
Handle incoming and outgoing courier or parcels
Support staff in basic administrative tasks when required
