Job Description

We are looking for a Helper to join our team to assist with daily factory operations and ensure smooth workflow. The key responsibility includes supporting shop-floor activities, handling materials, and assisting workers with basic tasks. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000.

Key Responsibilities:

Moving materials and jobs within the plant
Assisting in bending, welding, and finishing work
Loading and unloading vehicles
Supporting machine operators and supervisors
Maintaining cleanliness and organization on the shop floor
Performing small tasks assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is any basic education with no prior experience required (freshers can apply). The position requires punctuality, quick learning ability, and willingness to work in a team.
