We are hiring Production Helpers / Carpenter Helpers for our Wooden Pallets & Packing Boxes Manufacturing Unit. The candidate will work under the supervision of experienced carpenters and assist in the manufacturing, assembly, and finishing of wooden pallets and packing boxes. The role involves supporting production activities, handling raw materials, operating basic woodworking machines, and ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist carpenters in pallet and wooden box manufacturing.
Support cutting, assembly, fitting, and finishing activities.
Operate basic woodworking machinery as instructed.
Handle raw materials and maintain production workflow.
Ensure proper packing and preparation of finished products.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain workplace cleanliness.
Work effectively as part of the production team to achieve daily targets.
Skills Required:
Basic machine handling knowledge.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of measuring, cutting, and assembly work is preferred.
Physically fit and willing to perform manual work.
Teamwork and learning attitude.
