Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Helper to support daily operations. The candidate will assist with material handling, cleaning, packing, and general tasks as directed by supervisors. This role is ideal for someone who is physically fit and willing to learn on the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators, technicians, or skilled workers as required.

• Load, unload, and move materials within the work area.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor/warehouse.

• Pack, sort, and label products as per instructions.

• Handle basic tools and equipment safely (training provided).

• Follow safety rules and report any issues to the supervisor.

• Support any additional tasks assigned by the management.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 8th/10th pass (preferred).

• Physically fit and able to lift moderate weights.

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

• Previous experience in a factory/warehouse (optional).
