Peon Helper

We are looking for energetic, customer-friendly, and hardworking individuals to join The Veg. Momo team. The candidate will be responsible for taking customer orders, serving momos, handling payments, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring an excellent customer experience at the stall. Typical quick-service food stall roles include order taking, food serving, cash handling, stock management, and hygiene maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and take orders politely.

Serve veg momos, sauces as per company standards.

Handle cash, UPI, and digital payments accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the stall and work area.

Pack takeaway orders neatly and efficiently.

Monitor stock levels and inform management when replenishment is required.

Assist in food preparation and stall setup before opening.

Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve basic customer queries.

Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.

Requirements

Good communication and customer service skills.

Basic knowledge of cash handling and digital payments.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Honest, punctual, and team-oriented.

Prior experience in food stalls or quick-service restaurants is preferred but not mandatory.
