Peon Helper

We are looking for a Helper to join our team at Shree Balaji Masala to assist with daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. The key responsibility includes maintaining office cleanliness, handling documents, and supporting staff with basic tasks. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹25000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering documents and packages within the office.

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of office spaces.

• Assisting with basic maintenance tasks.

• Managing and restocking office supplies.

• Supporting staff with various tasks as needed.

• Ensuring all office equipment is functioning properly.

• Assisting in setting up meeting rooms.

• Handling minor repairs and maintenance tasks.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 3 years of experience. The position requires strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive assigned vehicles to transport goods, passengers, or materials as per the schedule.

• Follow designated routes and ensure timely deliveries or pickups.

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure regular servicing and inspections.

• Follow traffic rules and prioritize safety at all times.

• Assist in loading/unloading goods when required.

• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.

• Report any vehicle issues or delays to the concerned team immediately.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 3 years of experience. They should have a valid driving license for with a clean driving record.. Additionally, they must have basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting, and should have the ability to navigate routes efficiently using GPS or maps.
