We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helper with basic tandoor cooking knowledge to support kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will assist chefs in food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and help with tandoor-related tasks while ensuring hygiene and safety standards are followed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs in daily food preparation and cooking tasks

• Support tandoor operations, including heating, handling, and basic tandoor cooking

• Prepare ingredients such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and dough preparation

• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, tandoor area, and utensils

• Wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment as required

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards

• Assist with stock handling and storage of ingredients

• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a kitchen helper preferred

• Basic knowledge of tandoor cooking (naan, roti, kebabs, etc.)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
