Peon Helper

We are looking for a Helper/Packer/Picker to join our team at Rudraksh Management to assist with daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. The key responsibility of Picker-packers in pharmacy distribution companies process orders accurately, verifying medications, dosages, and quantities. They pull items from shelves, conduct quality checks, and pack shipments with secure, temperature-sensitive materials. Additionally, they label boxes and update inventory records in the warehouse system. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹15000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Locate and collect pharmaceutical products from designated warehouse shelves based on daily dispatch lists or bar-code scanner prompts.

• Quality & Expiry Checks: Inspect all medications for damage, defects, and expiry dates before packaging to guarantee patient safety.

• Specialized Packaging: Prepare items for transit by using appropriate materials (e.g., thermal packaging or cooling packs for temperature-sensitive drugs) to prevent damage.

• Labeling & Documentation: Generate and attach accurate shipping labels, handling instructions (like "keep refrigerated" or "fragile"), and batch numbers.

• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, track discrepancies, and restock picking zones while performing regular stock-taking duties.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure that hazardous materials are handled safely and that all packaging complies with pharmacy regulations and local guidelines.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 6 years of experience. The position requires strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
