We are looking for a Helper to join our team to assist with daily factory operations and ensure smooth workflow. The key responsibility includes maintaining factory cleanliness, working with operators on machine and supporting staff with basic tasks. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹13,000 - ₹15,000.
Key Responsibilities:
To learn machine with operator
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of Factory spaces.
Assisting with basic maintenance tasks.
Managing and restocking Factory supplies.
Supporting staff with various tasks as needed.
Ensuring all Factory equipment is functioning properly.
Assisting in setting up meeting rooms.
Handling minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 6 months of experience. The position requires strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
