Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist machine operators and production staff in daily manufacturing activities.
Load, unload, and move raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials.
Support packing, labeling, and dispatch operations.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the production area.
Arrange materials and tools required for production.
Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks on time.
Ensure proper handling of products to avoid damage.
Follow all company safety rules and standard operating procedures.
Assist in inventory movement and warehouse activities when required.
Perform any other general factory duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 8th/10th Pass.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Physically fit and willing to perform manual work.
Basic understanding of factory safety and discipline.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
