Peon Helper

We are looking for a Helper to join our team at Nexa Power Solutions to assist with daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. The key responsibility includes maintaining office cleanliness, handling documents, and supporting staff with basic tasks. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹8,000 - ₹10,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload solar panels, mounting structures, cables, inverters, and other solar installation materials.

• Assist the driver in transporting solar materials to designated project sites.

• Ensure the safe handling of solar panels and other delicate equipment to prevent damage.

• Help arrange and secure materials properly in the Dala vehicle during transportation.

• Assist the technical team in moving materials at project sites whenever required.

• Check material quantity during loading and unloading and report any shortages or damage.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of materials in the vehicle.

• Follow company safety guidelines while handling heavy and delicate materials.

• Perform other material-handling and logistics-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

  Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 6+ years of experience. The position requires strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
