Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary.

  Core Work Measurement Techniques

  Organizations use several methods to observe, track, and standardize work descriptions:

  • Time Study: Direct observation using a stopwatch to record how long an employee takes to complete a specific task, adjusted for performance rating and fatigue.

  • Work Sampling: Observing a worker at random intervals to estimate the percentage of time they spend on specific activities or idle time.

  • Predetermined Motion Time Systems (PMTS): Breaking a task into basic human movements (e.g., reach, grasp) and assigning time values from standardized tables.

  • Analytical Estimating: Estimating the time required for non-repetitive or long-cycle tasks based on the estimator's knowledge and experience.

  • Synthesis: Developing standard times by using time values from previously studied micro-tasks and building them into a new job profile.
