We are looking for a Printing Helper to join our team at Graphica Ad to assist with daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. The key responsibility includes maintaining office cleanliness, handling documents, and supporting staff with basic tasks. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹15000.

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Printing Helper to assist in the printing and production of customized T-shirts, bags, and other promotional products. The candidate will operate and assist with fusing (heat press) machines, prepare materials for printing, and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with fusing/heat press machines for printing on T-shirts, bags, and other fabric products.

• Prepare garments and materials before printing.

• Position and align designs accurately on products.

• Monitor machine temperature, pressure, and timing settings.

• Inspect finished products for print quality and defects.

• Pack completed orders according to production requirements.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.

• Follow safety procedures while handling machines and equipment.

• Assist with inventory management of printing materials and supplies.

• Support the production team in meeting daily output targets.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of garment printing or heat press operations preferred.

• Ability to work with hands and stand for extended periods.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to follow instructions and production schedules.

• Physically fit and capable of lifting materials when required.

• Prior experience in T-shirt printing, DTF printing, heat transfer, or fusing machine operation is an advantage.

• It is a Full Time Peon job for candidates with 0 - 4 years of experience.
