Company: FILPRO SENSORS PVT LTD (via RAVEONE Consultants) Role: Factory Helper / Industrial Helper Location: Kamakshipalya, Bangalore Job Type: Full Time (1 Opening)

💰 Salary & Benefits

Pay: ₹16,000 - ₹18,005 per month
Benefits: ESI and Minimum Wages guaranteed

🎓 Eligibility

Education: 10th Pass / SSLC preferred (but not strictly mandatory if physically fit).
Experience: 0 to 5 Years (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply!).

🔧 What You Will Do

Material Handling: Load, unload, and move raw materials safely across the factory floor.
Production Support: Assist Fitters and Welders by handing over tools and holding parts.
Finishing & Packing: Clean and deburr machined parts, and pack finished sensors into boxes.
Maintenance: Keep the workshop clean, sweep floors, and manage scrap disposal.

✨ Key Skills Required

Hardworking with good physical stamina to lift/move materials.
Punctual, disciplined, and able to follow verbal instructions.
Language: Ability to speak Kannada is preferred for easy coordination.
