Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Helper to assist in the manufacturing and assembly of solar structures. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, eager to learn, and willing to work in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Assisting in cutting, bending, and drilling of metal parts
✅ Supporting skilled workers during fabrication and assembly
✅ Loading and unloading materials and finished products
✅ Maintaining a clean and organized work area
✅ Following all safety protocols during work
✅ Helping in packing and dispatch of finished structures

Skills & Requirements:

✔ Basic knowledge of tools and machinery (training will be provided)
✔ Ability to lift heavy materials
✔ Willingness to work in a manufacturing unit
✔ Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
✔ Experience: Freshers can apply
