Assist chefs and cooks in food preparation (washing, cutting, peeling vegetables, cleaning meat, etc.).
Keep the kitchen area clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
Wash, clean, and properly store utensils, dishes, and cooking equipment.
Assist in unloading, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
Dispose of waste and maintain proper garbage segregation.
Ensure food items are properly stored and labeled to maintain hygiene standards.
Support in basic cooking tasks such as stirring, garnishing, plating, and assembling dishes.
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards set by the management.
Assist in stock management by reporting shortages or damaged items.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the chef or kitchen supervisor.
