Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders accurately and process billing/payment.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, beverages, snacks, and other menu items as per standard recipes.
Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, counter, kitchen, and dining area.
Handle food and beverages safely while following hygiene and safety guidelines.
Assist in stock checking, replenishment, and proper storage of products.
Operate POS/billing systems and handle cash responsibly.
Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, and operational procedures.
Support opening and closing activities of the café.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers.
Perform other operational duties assigned by the Store Manager/Supervisor.
