Role Objective

As a Helper at CEAT, you will be a vital part of our logistics and supply chain team. Your primary responsibility is the safe and efficient movement of tyres, ensuring that production lines stay fed and customer orders are shipped on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manual Handling: Physically loading and unloading tyres of various sizes (from passenger cars to heavy commercial vehicles) from trucks, containers, and racks.

• Inventory Support: Assisting in moving stock within the warehouse to designated storage areas.

• Safety Compliance: Following all safety protocols, including the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and proper lifting techniques to prevent injury.

• Team Collaboration: Working closely with supervisors and machine operators to maintain a steady workflow.

Shift Details

• Rotational Shifts: Candidates must be flexible to work in a rotating shift pattern (Morning, General, Evening, and Night shifts).

• Workweek: 7days.

Requirements

• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for long periods.

• Work Ethic: Punctuality and a high level of energy.

• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing unit is a plus but not mandatory.

• It is a Full Time Peon job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
