. STAFF WORK ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Position: Stall Staff
Duty Timing: 3:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Daily Responsibilities
1. Customer Service
- Har customer ko politely greet karna.
- Order dhyan se lena aur confirm karna.
- Payment receive karna aur sahi change dena (agar cash ho).
2. Food Preparation
- Momos ko steam aur fry karna.
- Order ke hisaab se sauce aur mayonnaise serve karna.
- Food quality aur presentation maintain karna.
3. Stall Management
- Stall ko saaf aur organized rakhna.
- Counter aur equipment ko clean rakhna.
- Stock (momos, sauces, packing material) par nazar rakhna aur kami hone par owner ko batana.
4. Hygiene
- Haath aur uniform saaf rakhna.
- Gloves aur cap ka use karna (agar available ho).
- Dustbin ka sahi istemal karna aur safai maintain rakhna.
5. Closing Duties (10:30 PM)
- Bacha hua stock count karna.
- Stall aur equipment saaf karna.
- Cash aur order summary owner ko dena.
- Sabhi lights, gas aur electric items check karke band karna.
Rules
- Duty par time se pahunchna.
- Mobile ka personal use minimum rakhna.
- Customers ke saath hamesha respectful behaviour rakhna.
- Owner ki permission ke bina stall nahi chhodna.
- Kisi bhi problem ya complaint ki information turant owner ko dena.
