The Helper / Packer at BSM is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, primarily focused on packing, handling, and movement of goods. This role plays a key part in ensuring orders are packed accurately, safely, and dispatched on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Pack products as per order and company standards
Assist in loading and unloading of goods
Ensure correct labeling and sealing of packages
Maintain cleanliness and basic organization of the packing area
Support inventory handling and movement within the warehouse
Follow basic safety and handling instructions
Requirements:
Ability to perform physical work (standing, lifting, moving cartons)
Basic understanding of packing and handling goods (training will be provided)
Attention to detail to avoid packing errors
Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Experience:
Freshers can apply
Prior warehouse or packing experience is a plus but not mandatory
