Job Title: Helper

Job Summary

The Helper is responsible for supporting production, service, and warehouse activities by assisting technicians and engineers, handling materials, maintaining workplace cleanliness, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians and engineers with production and repair activities.

• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment safely.

• Clean and organize the work area to maintain a safe working environment.

• Pack finished products and prepare them for dispatch.

• Assist in assembling, dismantling, and testing equipment as instructed.

• Perform basic material handling and inventory support tasks.

• Follow company safety procedures and use PPE as required.

• Support housekeeping and 5S activities in the workplace.

• Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: SSLC / PUC / ITI (Preferred)

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Skills Required

• Basic understanding of workplace safety.

• Willingness to learn and work in a team.

• Good physical fitness and a positive attitude.

• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks on time.

• Basic communication skills.

Experience

• Fresher to 2 years of experience.

Salary

• CTC: ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
