Job Description – Office Helper (Outdoor Work)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Visit banks for cheque deposits, bank statements, and other banking-related work.
2. Submit and collect documents from banks, offices, and other locations.
3. Handle office-related outdoor errands as instructed by the manager.
4. Visit clients, vendors, and distributors to deliver or collect documents.
5. Collect bills, receipts, and other important paperwork.
6. Assist with cheque collection, payment-related documents, and bank deposits as authorized.
7. Ensure the safe and timely delivery of documents.
8. Maintain records of documents submitted and collected.
9. Coordinate with office staff regarding completed outdoor tasks.
10. Perform other outdoor duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass preferred.
- Basic communication skills.
- Knowledge of local areas and routes.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to travel for outdoor office work.
- Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.
