गाड़ी के बॉडी पार्ट्स की surface preparation (cleaning, degreasing, sanding)
Primer, Base Coat और Clear Coat लगाना
Spray gun / robotic painting system का सही उपयोग
पेंट की thickness, shade और finish को standard के अनुसार रखना
पेंटिंग के बाद drying / baking oven में curing
पेंट में defects (runs, bubbles, orange peel, dust) की जांच और rectification
Color mixing और shade matching (company formula के अनुसार)
Quality inspection और rework (यदि required हो)
Paint booth की cleanliness और maintenance
Safety norms का पालन (PPE, mask, ventilation)
