A Stencil Painter is responsible for transforming flat surfaces into detailed, decorative masterpieces or applying precise markings using cut-out templates. They operate primarily in interior design/home décor, automotive/manufacturing, or industrial labeling.
Core Responsibilities
Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, and prime surfaces to ensure smooth paint adhesion and remove imperfections. [1, 2]
Stencil Placement: Precisely position, align, and secure stencils using painter’s tape or temporary adhesive sprays to prevent bleeding or shifting. [1, 2]
