About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Painting Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing painting projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and managing a team of painters. If you have 3 to 5 years of experience and excellent leadership skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise painting crews to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.

• Oversee surface preparation, paint application, and finishing processes.

• Maintain safety and compliance standards on all painting projects.

• Coordinate with clients and project managers to meet specifications and deadlines.

• Inspect work sites and provide guidance to improve efficiency.

• Manage inventory and procurement of painting materials.

• Train and mentor painting staff for skill enhancement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in painting supervision.

• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Familiarity with safety regulations and industry best practices.

• It is a Full Time Painter job for candidates with 3 - 4 years of experience.
