Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, putty application, and priming.
Apply interior and exterior paints, enamels, emulsions, and protective coatings.
Execute texture, stencil, decorative, and special finish works as per project requirements.
Ensure smooth, uniform, and high-quality finishes.
Mix paints to achieve the required colors and finishes.
Protect furniture, flooring, and fixtures during painting activities.
Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades to complete work within project timelines.
Maintain painting tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
Follow all safety guidelines and company quality standards.

Requirements

4-6 years of experience in residential and commercial interior painting.
Knowledge of putty, primer, texture finishes, enamel, emulsion, PU, and polish applications.
Ability to read and understand basic work instructions.
Good attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

Experience in premium interior finishing works.
Knowledge of modern painting techniques and materials.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to deadlines.
