We are looking for an experienced Painter to join our team at Magnatek Enterprises. The role involves handling FRP painting, metal frame painting, and surface preparation works to deliver high-quality finishing for our products. The candidate should have hands-on experience with industrial painting processes, surface treatments, and tools for metal fabrication.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform FRP painting, metal frame painting, and finishing works as per quality standards.

2. Carry out surface preparation, cutting, grinding, drilling, and polishing of metal parts before painting.

3. Mix, match, and apply paints and coatings using appropriate methods (spray, brush, or roller).

4. Ensure smooth and uniform paint finish with attention to detail.

5. Maintain painting tools, equipment, and ensure a safe working environment.

6. Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality finishing and adherence to specifications.

7. Coordinate with the production team to meet deadlines and production targets.

Skills & Qualifications

l 4 – 5 years of proven experience in industrial painting (FRP, metals, or related surfaces).

l Knowledge of industrial paints, surface preparation techniques, and painting tools.

l Skilled in metal cutting, grinding, drilling, and fabrication support activities.

l Ability to read and understand technical drawings/instructions.

l Knowledge of workplace safety standards and use of PPE.

l Physically fit and able to work in workshop/industrial environment.
