Industrial Painter

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Painter to lead and execute high-quality painting tasks for our models and other projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading junior painters, maintaining timelines, and ensuring the final output meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced-level spray painting, brush painting, and detailing work on models, structures, or other creative products.

• Select appropriate paints, primers, and coatings as per project requirements.

• Prepare surfaces through sanding, filling, and priming to ensure smooth and durable finishes.

• Mix and match colors to achieve precise shades or custom requirements.

• Guide and supervise junior painters, providing training and feedback.

• Ensure quality control at every stage of the painting process.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the painting area and tools.

• Collaborate with production and design teams to understand specific painting needs for each project.

• Keep records of materials used and assist in inventory management.

• Meet project deadlines while maintaining consistent quality.

Required skills and Qualification:

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on painting experience in painting

• ⁠Proficient in spray painting, airbrush techniques, hand painting, masking, and finishing.

• Good sense of color theory and detailing.

• ⁠⁠Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
