Key Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, or sanding as required.
Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently.
Apply powder coating evenly to parts and products.
Monitor curing ovens and ensure proper temperature and timing.
Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of powder coating processes.
Ability to operate coating equipment and hand tools.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physical ability to lift, move, and handle materials.
Prior experience in powder coating or painting is preferred but not mandatory.
