We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in the hospital ward. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, and supporting doctors in delivering effective treatment. Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in the ward as per established protocols
Monitor, record, and report patients’ vital signs and conditions
Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed
Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Ensure infection control practices and hygiene standards are followed
Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and care
Coordinate with healthcare team members for patient care
Requirements:
Diploma / B.Sc. in Nursing
Valid nursing registration/license
0–3 years of experience (freshers can also apply, if applicable)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in shifts (including night duty)
Strong attention to detail and patient care
Preferred Skills:
Experience in ward or bedside patient care
Basic knowledge of medical equipment handling
Team-oriented with a caring attitude
