Job Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with clinical standards and hospital policies.
Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Assist in patient assessments, care planning, and implementation of nursing interventions.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
Collaborate with doctors, allied health staff, and other nurses to ensure coordinated patient care.
Ensure infection control practices and safety protocols are followed.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, procedures, and post-care instructions.
Support emergency care and respond promptly to critical situations.
Maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness in the assigned unit.
Qualifications:
GNM/B.Sc Nursing.
Valid nursing license/registration with Telangana.
