Staff Nurse

Job Summary

We are urgently looking for qualified and dedicated Nursing Staff for a reputed 500+ bed hospital in Bangalore. Candidates must have patient care experience, strong communication skills and good English communication abilities. Experience in ICU/PICU and pediatric patient care will be preferred.

•Key Responsibilities•

- Provide safe, compassionate and quality nursing care to patients.

- Monitor patient health, vital signs and changes in clinical conditions.

- Assist doctors and senior nursing staff with patient care and clinical procedures.

- Handle patient care activities professionally and maintain patient comfort.

- Communicate effectively with patients, attendants, doctors and healthcare team members.

- Explain basic care instructions to patients and their attendants as required.

- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes and clinical documentation.

- Follow hospital protocols, infection control practices and patient safety standards.

- Assist with medication administration as per authorized medical instructions.

- Perform basic computer work and update patient care records.

•Required Qualifications & Skills•

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification.

- Valid Karnataka Nursing Council registration is mandatory.

- Counselling Certificate is mandatory.

- Patient care experience is required.

- Freshers may apply if they have relevant practical or clinical patient care exposure.

- Good English communication skills are essential.

- Strong interpersonal and patient-handling skills.

- ICU / PICU or pediatric care experience will be an advantage.

- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.

- Ability to work in rotational 8-hour shifts.
