Staff Nurse

• Patient care:

  Provide direct care, such as assisting with basic needs, administering medication, and assisting with procedures. 

• Patient monitoring:

  Monitor and record patient conditions, including vital signs, and observe for any signs of deterioration. 

• Care planning:

  Assess patient needs, develop and implement individual care plans, and evaluate their effectiveness. 

• Record keeping:

  Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation. 

• Team collaboration:

  Work with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare staff to coordinate patient care and ensure a cohesive approach. 

• Patient and family education:
