Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to admitted patients during the night shift.
Monitor and record patients' vital signs regularly.
Administer medicines and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
Assist doctors during patient care and emergencies.
Maintain patient records and nursing documentation.
Ensure patient comfort, hygiene, and safety throughout the shift.
Report any changes in a patient's condition to the duty doctor immediately.
Follow hospital protocols for infection control and patient care.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff for smooth patient management.
Ensure proper handover of patients to the morning shift.
