Staff Nurse

We are looking for a Staff Nurse to join the leading Hospital in Thatipur, Gwalior, to provide quality healthcare services to patients. The day-to-day responsibilities involve monitoring patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, maintaining patient records, and assisting doctors with medical procedures. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify patients’ care requirements and assess their health conditions.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.

• Monitor patients’ vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and other routine health parameters.

• Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and medical documentation.

• Educate patients and their families about healthcare plans, medications, and general care.

• Ensure proper hygiene, patient safety, and infection control standards.

• Prepare patients for examinations and medical procedures.

• Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during medical procedures.

• Observe and report changes in patients’ health conditions to the concerned doctor or senior staff.

• Follow healthcare protocols and maintain a clean and safe patient-care environment.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: GNM Certificate or B.Sc. in Nursing.

• Experience: 0–6+ years of experience in Nursing / Compounder roles.

• Gender: Female candidates only.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to healthcare.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong observation, problem-solving, and patient-care skills.

• Ability to work rotational shifts.

• Additional relevant nursing certifications are an advantage.
