Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team and provide quality healthcare services to patients. The candidate will be responsible for patient care, monitoring health conditions, administering prescribed treatments, maintaining medical records, and assisting doctors during medical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ health conditions and identify their care requirements.

• Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.

• Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and documentation.

• Assist doctors and medical staff during examinations and procedures.

• Prepare patients for examinations, treatments, and diagnostic procedures.

• Educate patients and their families regarding healthcare plans and precautions.

• Ensure proper hygiene, patient safety, and infection-control standards.

• Observe patients for changes in their condition and report concerns to the concerned doctor.

• Follow all hospital/clinic protocols and healthcare safety guidelines.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: GNM / ANM / B.Sc. Nursing or relevant healthcare qualification.

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate and patient-focused approach.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a healthcare environment.

• Good observation and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work as part of a medical team.

• Additional relevant certifications will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (In-Hand), depending on experience, qualification, and interview performance.
