We're Hiring: Staff Nurse

Location: ProMed Hospital, Chennai
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 (In-hand, based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Assess patients' health conditions and identify nursing care requirements.
Monitor vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, respiration, and oxygen saturation.
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by the treating physician.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
Maintain accurate patient records, nursing documentation, and treatment charts.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medication compliance, and post-discharge care.
Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and hospital policies.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a safe environment within the assigned nursing unit.
Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and report concerns to the medical team.

Eligibility

B.Sc. Nursing or GNM from a recognized institution.
Registered Nurse (RN/RM) with a valid Nursing Council registration.
Experience: 6 months to 1 year (Freshers with strong clinical skills may also be considered).
Good communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
