Full Time
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as per hospital standards and doctor’s instructions.
Monitor, record, and report patients’ health status, including vital signs and symptoms.
Administer medications, injections, and IV infusions accurately and on time.
Assist doctors during rounds, examinations, and procedures.
Maintain patient records, charts, and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure infection control and safety protocols are strictly followed.
Prepare and maintain equipment, instruments, and patient care areas.
Provide pre-operative and post-operative care.
Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Coordinate with other healthcare professionals for effective patient management.
Handle medical emergencies efficiently and calmly.
Strong clinical and patient care knowledge.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
