Staff Nurse

• Provide direct patient care including administering medications, injections, wound dressing, and IV therapy as per physician orders.

• Monitor patient vitals, maintain medical charts, and report abnormal findings to doctors promptly.

• Assist in patient admission, discharge, and transfer procedures with proper documentation.

• Ensure infection control practices and hospital hygiene protocols are strictly followed.

• Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures, surgeries, and treatments.

• Maintain and manage nursing supplies, medications, and ward inventory.

• Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and support staff for patient care.

• Provide emotional and informational support to patients and their families.

• Participate in daily nursing rounds, departmental meetings, and training sessions.

• Adhere to TMC and hospital guidelines, SOPs, and ethical nursing practices.
