Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in Abu Road, Rajasthan. Freshers are welcome to apply. The candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care, assisting doctors, administering medications, and maintaining proper nursing records.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients.

• Monitor patients' vital signs and health conditions.

• Administer medicines and injections as prescribed by doctors.

• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.

• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.

• Follow proper infection-control and hospital safety protocols.

• Handle and monitor patients in OPD/IPD areas as assigned.

• Respond to emergency situations and provide immediate nursing assistance.

• Communicate with patients and their attendants regarding basic care requirements.

• Coordinate with doctors and other hospital staff.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper nursing practices in the assigned area.

• Follow hospital policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines.

Eligibility

• Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing

• Experience: Fresher to 1 year

• Valid nursing registration preferred/required as per applicable regulations.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

• Patient-care-oriented and responsible attitude.
